1. Diagnostics

Checking the condition of the part to be cleaned before starting the cleaning process consists of inspecting the core with an inspection camera. Next, a back pressure test is performed to determine the degree of blockage and a flow test.

2. Cleaning

The working fluid is applied and the cleaning process is started. The hydrodynamic force removes all solid contaminants from both the inlet and outlet channels of the filter cartridge. The water temperature reaches up to 80℃.

3.Analysis

After cleaning, pressure and flow tests are conducted to determine the quality of cleaning and the efficiency of the process. The contaminated water is analyzed and the type of contaminant (soot, ash, oil) is determined according to the characteristics such as color and oiliness.

4. Drying

After the entire cleaning process is completed, a cycle of precision drying is initiated. The machine is equipped with a fan and a heater, so the drying temperature can be controlled.

5. Issuance of the certificate

The whole process is recorded in a certificate where the status of the part before and after cleaning is compared. The pressure, flow rate and also the contaminant is defined. This certificate can be supplemented with a graph of the cleaning efficiency and photographs of the internal liners before and after cleaning.

6.Expedition

We use highly efficient state-of-the-art technology that cleans efficiently, reliably and gently at the same time. The technology is based on the principle of hydrodynamics - high pressure of warm fluid combined with air pressure from a compressor. The working fluid under pressure must overcome the flow resistance in the filter channels. The turbulent flow creates eddies that penetrate more easily and remove solid particles in the microporous baffle of the filter channels. The liquid is enriched with components that reduce the surface tension of the water, making it easier for liquid particles to combine with dirt particles and more effectively separate them from the surface to be cleaned. During cleaning, high velocity flow and high shear stress are generated, which is the main mechanism for removing compacted deposits in the filter channels. The flow resistance combined with the appropriate viscosity of the working fluid causes a friction-like phenomenon to occur during the movement of the liquid molecules. This method allows very precise removal of all types of solid particles (soot, ash, oil, additives, fuel) from both the outlet and inlet channels of the filter.

Efficient and and quickly

For passenger cars, cleaning including drying takes about 2 hours. For trucks, the cleaning time including drying ranges from 4 to 6 hours.
